How It Works (Mechanism of Action)

• Aceclofenac: A potent NSAID that acts by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, preventing the synthesis of prostaglandins—the chemical messengers responsible for signaling pain, redness, and inflammation at the affected tissue site.
  
  
• Paracetamol: Works synergistically with Aceclofenac by blocking pain signal transmission in the central nervous system (CNS) and regulating the body's heat-control center in the hypothalamus to lower fever.
  
  
• Serratiopeptidase: A proteolytic (protein-breaking) enzyme that breaks down abnormal fibrin and inflammatory proteins at the injury site.
