3. Pharmacological Action of Ingredients
A. Terbutaline Sulphate (1.25mg)
Terbutaline is a selective adrenergic agonist. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways (bronchodilation), which helps in opening up the lungs and making breathing easier. It is particularly effective for patients suffering from wheezing or shortness of breath.
B. Bromhexine Hydrochloride (2mg)

C. Guaiphenesin (50mg)
