CIPGO Syrup is a dual-action formulation combining Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride (2 mg per 5 ml)—an antihistamine with appetite-stimulating and antiallergic effects—and Tricholine Citrate (275 mg per 5 ml)—a bile acid-binding agent that supports liver function and fat metabolism.
